This is a custom web app for Regent Christian Online Academy (RCOA), which will track student and parent demographics, course enrolment, and course progress, as well as produce report cards and reports for the Ministry of Education. Development has been ongoing since early 2011.
Regent Christian Online Academy (RCOA) is a Distributed Learning school based out of Victoria B.C. but operating across the province. Due to their steady growth, we are constantly adding to this site and increasing how it can better serve their staff and the families of their students. Many office tasks are now streamlined by the extensive use of custom web forms.
Matt Loewen runs Kings Foundation Botswana which works with disadvantaged communities in Botswana. Their primary purpose is developing individuals and organizations that work with children, training and developing local volunteers in sports leadership, and making a difference to the lives of children in need. The wonderful photos provided by Matt gave us the materials for an authentic, bright, and lively website.
The Yale First Nation site was developed as a custom design, using artwork and photography provided by the client. The colours and textures of these photos helped guide the design process towards this final product
When Regent Christian Academy approached us to build a website, they already had a design they were happy with, but they weren't able to make changes on their own. We "retro-fitted" their design to a Drupal back-end, allowing their staff to edit their webcontent on their own.
This project was completely built from scratch, including a custom database back-end for the uploading and queing of daily sudoku puzzles. This database allows for the intricate categorization of puzzles based on multiple styles and difficulty levels.
